Can someone tell me how to hire new staffs?

You can hire new Staff inside your Restaurant. There is the computer standing and on the 4th tab...looking like a magnifying glass you can hire Staff. If there is no more Staff...there is a reroll button on the right side but each roll costs 500 currency.

And yeah...from all games which are like Chef RPG the fishing there is really a pain. But i heard as soon you get a better rod the minigame is easier.
