same :( I guess it scales with Reputation, i.e. the more rep you have the higher your deco score needs to be? But I sort of skyrocketed my rep by having so many services, so now it is so high I feel like I can't even match my deco score

Yeah, they need to work on the decor system. Like the dude above mentioned, it's tied to total rep, which is kinda problematic as, pretty quickly, your service outpaces your spacial limitations. Your dishes get better, your wait times get better, and you have celebrities come through, but eventually you will run out of space, and you'll have maximized the furniture's potential decor score

I'm at the current endgame, and have all legendary and enhanced epic dishes and a crew of legendary +2 trained chefs. After doing a bunch of services in a row, I had an insane amount of reputation from the dish quality and wait time, so now all the opulent decor in the world wouldn't save me from getting -20 decor
I was curious if it was just me. My tea shop is doing great on decor but my regular place is not great. :(

I recommend putting floor tiles, fish tanks, pots and plants everywhere. It will sound useless, surely some of you have already done it, but believe me, the problem is solved when you improve your space management. I had the same problem; I reached the latest expansion of the restaurant and filled it with decorations, however, it was not enough, as it continued to lose reputation. After a tremendous, almost complete redecoration, I finally managed to solve it, but the things that helped me the most were those that I mentioned, especially the floor tiles.

More than 13,500 decoration points are necessary for this (I think so, since from that score my reputation began to increase). I also recommend creating decorations with the NPC girl (I don't remember her name exactly). I don't know if the style of the decoration matters, but in my case I used the opulent, modern and rustic styles

it's you again, btw i tried so many decorations on my teahouse and yet i still got -20 decor which kinda sucks and yea i tried full opulent decorations and even mixed one like overall type decoration and full of floor tiles too and i still get -20 decor even surpassing 13,500 decor points and also dish quality doesnt add rep too like i have 12 legendary chefs, and 11 waiters and 98% dish quality (even with remove limit skill it doesnt add reps which reaching 124% dish qual on avg) and 97% satisfaction on average and yet it just stays +0 on rep, Maybe you know something to fix/adjust? plus i only get reps by having celebrity event

Hello again. I correct my first message; The reputation system is broken. It worked for me before, but until today I decided to hire legendary staff. Apparently, there is a relationship between the quality of the dish and the decoration; If one increases, the other must also increase or reputation is lost. Even though the 15000 reputation points had worked for me before, when I hired legendary staffs I started losing reputation again. I would then recommend hiring only epic staff and training them. With a good decoration of 14000+ points and epic staffs, the gain in reputation in terms of decoration is assured

HOWEVER , the truth is I'd rather lose points in decoration than lose points in quality of dish. Therefore, I think that if it is better not to worry about that for the moment, it is better to hire all the legendary staff you can and improve your dishes so that at least the gain in reputation is not negative.

thanks for the reply! Hope this rep issue get fixed officially soon, And yea about epic chefs before having my first legendary chef i actually get reps from decor and i didn't know that chef have correlation on decor stuff, In my current situation which having 1k+ reps so it's not a big deal for me getting -20 decor since i still get rep from any stuff like events and parties. Anyways thank you.

Yeah this becomes a problem quite early on, the reputation system needs to be redone
