Stuck at tea quest with April
I have no idea how to complete it. I have access to her tea blending thing, but I dont really understand what she wants to complete this?

It took me a moment to realize that I had to put the tea in as well at the top. Watching youtube atm, so can't see your video; however, that's going to be my guess since it took an EMBARRASSING amount of time to figure that bit out.... The rest of the stuff you can toss in as you like.

i was pressing the wrong button on the machine, but this was someone else playing it and is set to the right bit for anyone else that is struggling
