STUCK PLEASE HELP

I am doing the Grand Opening Quest, and need to hire 2 more chefs, but i need level 5 in cooking! and i cannot level up unless i cook RIGHT? but i cannot open my restaurant unless i complete the quest! SO IM STUCK. please help that i can open the restaurant even tho the quest have not completed

You don't have to open the restaurant to hire 2 more chefs. Just go to the control panel and hire your chefs. So I don't quite understand what your problem is.

Best bet is to load from last completed story quest there is a small button on the load game screen

This is a shot in the dark, but do you just not have any chefs available to buy? You hit the refresh button and pay 500 for more options to the bottom right of the employees.

lol took me some time but i found it i think they want to have more then 4 slots and you can only have more then 4 slots if you have the Recruiter skill and that needs level 5 cooking
