What's the point of teahouse?

If I can only run one restaurant at a time, what's the point of teahouse? It's not only so far, but I need to prepare extra furnitures, equipments, ingredients and employees which cost a whole lot.

Think of the teahouse as your second restaurant, but with a twist—it's all about expanding and unlocking unique items like exotic plants and special furniture, which you can only get by trading in your tickets.

Well, since I've expanded my old restaurant once, I think the old one is bigger than the new one.

It's kind of like a second venue I guess? I think having it is nice because the bathhouse is really pretty. Although It's whatever since we can only open one restaurant at once. For me, I like to operate it as a teahouse and serve cute little drinks during Winter season, as a change of pace!

It would more than nice if, like it is in Dave the Diver, the teahouse can operate independently, which mean I don't have to be there to run it. But if not, I would prefer to have a free-to-use place, maybe research facility or something else.

Also a great place to set up brewing. I have top half for the tea room, lower area by fridge, with all the brewing machines.

I'm not touching the tea house restaurant until fast travel is added there or if we are gonna be able to sleep there. I just think it's too far from our own home to manage efficiently.
