i got from a celebrity when you finished to run the restaurant, it is a legendary gift item I got 13, you can also get some legendary gifts frm celeb too like saffron

as far as I clearly remember it's from a gift from friends when you unlock the skills that your friends can send you gifts which is a good rng, and you can claim that when a celebrity visit your restaurant

You can earn daily commission tasks, and the reward is the type of commission task for materials.

Are there requirements, beside the associated perk, I have to meet before a celebrity customer shows up? Do I need a certain Reputation Limit before they Show up?

Unlock the Celebrity Chef Skill, but heads up—it’s RNG if a celeb swings by. The higher your rep and the better your decor and food dish quality, the bigger the rewards. Rewards like Legendary ing and items. Also to increase your rep, always accept party quests.

Unlocked the perk " Treasure hunting" and you should have a shovel. I just dig around on the beach and mostly on the volcano. The color of the treasure chest is purple and it's huge.

Thanks for the tip regarding the Amethyst Bow!

Yeah, I got the Amethyst Lance from the giant boss boar inside the volcano, that respawns daily after every kill, with the skill "Resourceful Hunter" unlocked. Took a looong time though.
