Grand Opening - 3 Chefs??

Hello! I am at the point in the game where I am ready for the grand opening - the decorations are up and everything. But it says I need 3 chefs??? For 8 seats? This feel like overkill. And additionally, I cant hire any chefs, waiters are all that's available. I cant open the restaurant and am just stuck in limbo. Is this an error? How do I hire chefs? And I can't open the restaurant to make money to hire a bunch of people so.... ????

Honestly you are gonna need the chefs, the crowds goes wild in this game and they have 0 patience and your reputation is gonna tank due to people leaving if you don't hire a ridiculous amount of people, but you also then need to figure out how to min-max your profits cause the wages are gonna be abyssmal...
Also as mentioned above you need the "Recruiter" skill to hire higher level waiters and chefs

i remember using only 2 chefs and i was the third sef

When you go to the recruit page click the button with 500 on it (there are two arrows on that button if I remember correctly). It's on the right side of the page. You will have to click it so many times that a chef/chefs will appear to the list. Every click costs 500.

If you don't have winter in the game you can collect seashells and clams from the beach and sell those to the fish shop guy and gain money. Or you can hunt and sell meat to Uriel. You can also sell fruits, berries and vegetables to the other merchants in the town.

When you are standing in front of the shop click "shop" and then click the brown bag icon. Then you can sell ingredients from your inventory. :)
