This harkens back to a time before casual flings when the internet was in its infancy, which can come across weirdly to some because the social liberty of the world seems very high and in our reality that has resulted in highly casual relationships, but relationships in-game are not treated as casually. Furthermore, Bianca specifically comes across as a high-functioning autistic woman, but she doesn't seem to have any hatred for the place or anyone around her in general, and in fact seems to have the opposite, a fierce loyalty to the town that she wants to protect and see thrive.
In short, this is all probably why you are getting that feeling of disconnect, rather than her character being written 'wrong' during the date, as you suggest.
And as a person above said, characters ALREADY like you if they go on a date. It's not a random date through Tinder when you have no idea who's that person and feel awkward. This is a date when you were friends for a while and just decided to give a serious try to you two. That's why Bianca says she "wants this relationship works".
respectfully, but if Bianca was the in a way you've just described, I've lost any interest because that's exactly what you can expect from a gothic depressed girl, nothing new. So I guess different people have different perspective on her route.
