BUG: flooring selection following soft opening
Terracotta flooring can't be selected. Windows also sticking when talking to Prisca about the quest.

I don't have a problem about selected the floor but Prica deducted my credits while saying It's on the house in the frist time ,I have to say no when she asking if I confirm it and talk to her again then I got a free floor.
