Is this for the soft opening? This was confusing for me, but I think countertops are suppose to be the waiter staff ones. At least that's what worked for me.

Okay, the counters are confusingly named but... It's the blue Modern Style Kitchen Counter you want. The Oak Chef Counters are labeled as Kitchen Appliances when you hover, which is not the kind of counter the quest wants.

the counters in the store look different from the ones they give you when you do the tutorial. COnfused me at first but figured it out.

ooof so they were there, so annoying when I now have to wait until Monday to get it and can't open the restaurant to make money for the remaining days.
