Game Feedback (SPOILERS)
I finished the game, I thought it was an incredible experience, but I would say this:

The boss animations are WAY too fast. I understand that part of this is to punish you if you're just walking around in Heartbreaker mode, but for instance the Aquarium boss is difficult to react to when it's dropping from above. The side swipe is mainly fine, though it feels hard to determine how far it was going to slide at first.

I feel like this issue flares up again with the Duchess in one of the route's finale's (I'm not sure if there are multiple final bosses or not), but the hands give you plenty of time to run away, but they don't give you a lot of time to start aiming and shooting.

Other small issues, like the statue and clone puzzles also have this problem - I feel like you move really slowly, especially for the variations of the puzzles where you can just game over. They don't follow consistently it feels and they move very slowly compared to the hazard.

These are just things that come to preference, but another thing I found is that the very last leg of the game it felt a little tiring to introduce more mechanics and puzzles, when I feel like it was meant to be a very combat-heavy area, and I'm not quite sure what the puzzles are supposed to mean, compared to everything else that's come before. It just slowed the pacing down by a lot when it feels like two characters should be duking it out. I very much would have liked those puzzles a little earlier in the game so I wish they had been introduced sooner.

Also, thank you for the Repentant Demon story line. It flat out made me cry at first in the endgame because I couldn't find them. And then when he was outside, I cried again. For such an understated story I feel like it was so powerful.

Agreed on the aquarium boss fight, just got done with that last night myself.

The drop down felt too fast and the side swipe kept getting me cause it felt like the range wasn't consistent.

Personally I think the time you have to shoot back is a bit slim, I worked out how to very quickly but I feel like something wasn't working correctly cause I had to be a freaking dead aim to get the shots in fast enough before the enemy pulled back away.

A big thing also for me is the angle and the size of the arena felt off, I felt like I was constantly getting stuck on invisible walls in the fight, so often getting caught as a result.

I essentially stayed as close to the center because I didn't know how to deal with the adds of the fight, they didn't have heart breaker symbols so I didn't waste ammo on trying to take them out.
