5. Have a use for sparks in endless mode.
- Best would be to have the item shop instead of the reward. Now collecting sparks will be rewarded as you can buy more/better items.
- The shop stop in endless could also be the gateway to both
> save the run for later (way easier to save than mid any fragment)
> end the run without failing it (e.g. message is 'Shard exited')
While at it, let me just add another one.
6. Cinematic replay,
- With all this obstacles and lasers and what not, i think it is nice to see what we've went through in a free/ orbit camera mode, that way we can cherish it more and make more dramatic gameplay scene out of it.
- Just 5-10 seconds of replay is sufficient enough i guess, i dunno much about the storage issue, but i think is more reasonable than keeping the whole fragment(s) replays.
- Slow mo feature as well, or other kind of cinematic camera effects that might pops in your mind.
With this, we could create unique shards that is specifically designed in a way that is challenging without RNG involved. Add new tab, "community created shards," with options of recent / most votes / most download views.
That would be epic.
Yea this would be nice too. So far i think the only use besides shard collecting based items is that item that gives u like 3% boost for every 100 shards. Would be op in endless but i havent even seen it come up for me. Anyway, yea a shop or somethin to use em on would be cool. And if not that they get converted into extra anti sparks on a ratio or somethin at the end at least
1: Remove the free items every 5 levels and instead replace it with a "spike level" or a shop between levels.
1.5: Make a way to lose shards (if there isn't an ability and they aren't going to add a shop, my reasoning is because with the ability that adds boost depending on shards the game becomes so easy its not even funny when you have 15,000 shards... (completing levels in under 20 seconds))
2: obviously as stated add a save for endless e.g. a Save and leave shard button. I completed 150 levels of endless, took me 3 hours but i needed to get off. had to finish the run on 150 because i couldn't leave.
3: Make the endless levels longer, the further in you go (just an idea would love feed back on said idea) as when your at level 100+ with about 1500% boost 20 seconds makes levels a bit boring...
4: Special modifiers to enable, E.g. Half sparks (with the shop obviously), Half items, Faster void, Harder levels (maybe like the spike levels added in every so often) and maybe double damage/Half HP. adding these for the extra challenge and maybe extra anti-sparks would be fun.
5: This one is more for the game in general rather than just endless, But more permanent upgrades (anti-spark upgrades). maybe a boost upgrade, or a energy gain?
6: Probably already planned to be made, but more ability items (Hover, Grappling hook) and it wouldn't be a suggestion with out an example of an idea so here is mine.
A Gravity Module: 2 Charges (with max upgrades) for 5 seconds (1 full bar) turn your gravity "off" giving you the ability to float and maintain all momentum while it is active.
