BUG: Viscera Bag "lost" in screen transition

So I died during a zone transition. The Viscera Bag there is off-screen, since you can like "drive into darkness" during the transition. The bag shows on the map and when I do the transition from one side, it DOES show me pick it up, but then I guess doesn't save fast enough before the next zone loads and I'm back to not having it picked up.

So, I was able to recover it by shooting off-screen and hitting it (even though I could not see it). But an FYI to Brainwash Gang, this is something that should be looked at - dying during zone transitions and possibly being locked out of recovering the Viscera Bag.
