Unable to open third door in Where Rock Bleeds

I fought the boss twice and I have two keys yet I can't open the door for the third fight

Am I missing something? Is this a bug?

You must defeat a third boss with the bombs and only then you will gain third key.

If you had a problem with finding the third "stage" of boss then you need to go under "mountain heart". This is a place with 4 totems and a moveable ramp. Then you will easly find the door for boss fight. I had a problem with finding it for the first time too.
