Game keeps freezing. NEED HELP

I am stuck at the start. the game keeps freezing and not letting me leave the first area. I have tried from restarting PC Verifying the game update drivers reinstall and none work i need HELP

Go into your settings and move the slider for "walkie slow time" to something that's not the default.
Somehow, your setting is set to 0, which means that the game speed is set to 0 (freezes) when you get to the first walkie-talkie dialogue in the tutorial.
