Where is Fogg?
I found the item that was required, but now I can't find Fogg. Journal says "to the west of Where Rust Weaves", but I've been everywhere there... map point anyone?

The drum sticks are east of Fogg, right next to the two "wheel"/loop-like structures in Where Rust Weaves

I game drumsticks to Fogg but the mission stays active. Is there a second drumstick to find or it's a bug?
