Are the ROMs included with Plus encrypted?

Since they're emulated, it obviously has to include the ROMs somewhere, so are they encrypted?

It'd be nice if you could buy Plus, then choose to use a different emulator for the games.

Actually, I believe this is a port of the mobile versions over emulated. The Genesis/Mega Drive versions they delisted were emulated. It's kind of a shame they didn't include those with this.

I'm specifically referring to the Game Gear titles included with the Plus DLC. The mainline games are evidently ports of the RetroEngine mobile versions of the games.

Ah. They're probably there, but I think they're also in the files of Sonic Adventure DX even if they're dummied out. I think there's been a way to get them from there if you have those.
