Is Sonic Origins "fixed" now?

During launch I was hearing about multiple issues people were having. Have most of these been fixed?

I don't own the game but I know they fixed the most egregious issues of Tails getting stuck and not respawning properly. They also corrected the mislabeled sound test names and sped up the Blue Sphere music. Outside of that it was mostly minor fixes. Drop Dash is still broken in S1 and S2 and the game is still blurry without mods.

Oh and it also still has Denuvo if that bothers you.

How long did it take Sega to remove it from other games?

Sonic Mania released late August 2017. Denuvo was removed in March 2019. That's about a year and a half later.
Sonic Forces came out in November 2017 and still has Denuvo.
Sonic Origins came out in June of this year, 5 months ago.

The news tab is still empty. That tells me not to be expecting anything regarding this release. Too cheap to even have someone put ANYTHING under that tab, then of course not gonna ever pay money to programmers to fix this up.

I'm afraid that the developers has been set to quiet mode again.
We have Patch 1.04 since a while now. since then no further news or upadtes. :(

I feel unless Sega remove Denuvo it will not fix anything,
