I cannot find photos that I saved on my disk (Help)

I took photos via ingame phone and clicked "save photos to disk" option however, I could not find them on my local disk. How do I find them? Where are they saved?

The photos are in your savefile's folder:
C:\Users\%yourusername%\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\milfs_of_sunville\_phone_cloud\

Thanks. Besides, the photos are in PHONECLOUD file format is there a chance to convert them to png or jpg? Online converters doesn't support that kind of format.
