Upgrading employees
Just started playing and currently on the third or fourth mission in new york. It says that drivers can be level up but whenever I select the option I cannot level them up. Is this unlocked later or is my game bugged?

Hi, once a driver reach enough xp, they will let you level them up. You do this by clicking level up button in your fleet tab (during the "preparation" phase between days). You will then pick up one of the perks and click continue afterwards. This should work everywhere in the game. Hope this helped
