To access the option, re-open your save, click on Una's House, then click the "Make Different Choices" option. Once you do, you will be taken to a dialogue scenario where you have to choose whether or not to tell Una about her sister.
Telling Una about her sister possibly being deceased will prompt you the second dialogue scenario after the first. If you do not tell her then the second scenario will not occur.
If you tell Una, then the next dialogue choice is telling her whether or not her sister can be revived by the artifact. If you choose not to tell her, this will not allow you access to the happy ending so choose to tell her.
Afterwards, re-attempt the final boss fight and play it out like normal.
******Major boss spoiler ahead, read only if you wish to know what's ahead************
This boss fight has a sinister twist, where once you beat Mona, Mona will revive with all of her health and will have around 3800ish health points. Thankfully you will also regain all health and be given your cards back however, any shield points you originally had will be removed except for aura effects. You do have to fight her until either you die(game over) or she is left at 1 hp. Once she is at 1 hp, she will start a few attacks, each one dealing 30 damage and will remove a piece of your game hud (hp, cards, rest/end turn) until you are left with only the background of the battle. If I remember correctly, there were 4 attacks in total, meaning you have to have more than 120 hp/shield to tank it all. Not to mention, your energy costs of your cards will increase on each attack, till the point where they are unusable (8 energy when you're capped at 7). But after surviving all of the attacks, a nice cinematic will play and you will finally achieve the happy ending.
