How to beat the succubus queen?(thanks for all the help this question has been answered)

Anyone who has done it can they tell me how?What cards they used and what runes?Also how to achieve maximum damage with una?thanks.

i did burn stacked it as much as i could on the queen and then used the blue spell that transfers stacks to other enemys, after the first discard i used the same card again after stacking even more and it killed the extra succubus, after they died i then discarded the stack splitter card since i no longer needed

burn stack seems to be the play for pretty much everything.

early game you get by everything with just damage. But for the late game like succubus queen i transitioned to running everything with poison and burn runes(depending on the runes you have unlocked i did 2 poison 2 runes and the rest attack runes and once unlocked i did poison 3, burn 3, and attack runes) Seeing as you already beat it though good job. btw poison stack with poison bite is op. stack poison to just before it turns to power. And then use poison bite and bam. 3/4 stacks of power poison and almost a full stack of poison just before power poison.
