Is it possible to delete custom characters

Yes, the files for custom characters are available in this folder:

%AppData%\Local\BlockbusterInc\Saved\Characters\

You will notice files ending with .char and you can delete them manually.

It's been pointed out to me by my team member that you can just:

1. click the "import character" button in hire menu
2. and click the X button next to the name of the character you want to delete
3. it exists in the save/load menu of Character Creation as well
