Why do people not "eat"
I repeatedly read, that person xy did not eat the day before and therefore is in a bad mood. I have a cantina, many tables and 2 times eating sheduled ( at the beginning and at the end of the monthly shift).... so why dont they get food ? Do I need 2 kitchens, more tables, longer "food Breaks" (2hours in a row?)..... anybody can help? thanx

Maybe not enough hours scheduled to eat, maybe food served is not the standard they require, maybe task took them beyond the scheduled eating hours......or maybe they weren't hungry yesterday.

thanx for the ideas.... the most propable thing is the quality of food served I guess, but if they dont like the food, they should not complain ;-) .....do you have the same problem so far ?

No, once I discovered the sliders for each movie type, the outcome produced 80-85 rated movies which kept everyone happy. Also I scheduled 2 hours for eating (65 rated cook) and 3 hour leisure (62 rated bartender) before leaving at midnight....which seems to work.

Ratings for employees greatly affect everything.

It might be a bug, but I've found you need at least one canteen table for every two employees. (Meaning, everyone needs a chair. So if you have 40 employees, you need at least 20 tables placed and accessible.)

Silly that every NPC eats at the same time for the entire block allotted in the schedule, instead of taking turns.
