Romancing SaGa - Minstrel Song- Remastered International (Western Physical) -- New Content?

So they're doing a physical edition in the West finally: Romancing SaGa - Minstrel Song- Remastered International. It has a few versions, comes with various languages, and a Deluxe (some merch) or Collectors (LOTS of merch) version.

The official website states that it has the following Key features:
* Brand New Localization
* Full HD graphical update
* 4 characters (possibly spoiler IDK) can now be recruited
* New Game + Mode with superbosses

Are these new to the International edition, or are they just discussing the Remastered edition's features? If they are new, will the Steam version of Remastered be getting an International patch or DLC to include them?

Based on the explanations here, it's the exact same game as the one here on steam only with more languages. The 4 characters it's talking about, new game+ etc etc are available on steam's remaster too.

I have check the features of the new release:
"Features

- Brand new localization in French, German, Italian and Spanish (English also included)
- Full HD graphical update
Schiele, Marina, Monica and Flammar can now be recruited
- Enhanced and more difficult bosses
- High speed mode
- Mini Maps
- New Game+ mode".

It will be included to this version of Steam? Because International will not release on Steam by now... Idk why 🥹

No. Only English and Japan.
