This workaround emulates a controller and maps specified keyboard inputs to controller inputs. You require UCR, Interception as well as ViGEmBus. Hope that helps
i played devil may cry 3 on a keyboard, but that was 20 years ago...
It's not as uncommon as some may think. Like BongHogger said, some people don't want to spend the extra money on a good controller, because cheap ones are more likely to hinder you, and keyboards are perfectly serviceable. I don't use the mouse at all when I play, all my buttons are bound to the keyboard itself.
"cheap ones" ? i have xbox one controller for more then 5 years and i abused the hell out of him and he works perfectly, thats why you buy console controllers and not terrible made for pc controllers
