Unable to view replay due to a difference in versions

What is this? Why are all of my replays unplayable just because I was forced to update the game?

Because Sparking Zero does not store your replay as video, it stores the input. And because some characters got adjusted, do all old replay get disabled. It was the same in Figthers Z and SSBU.

Thats how it works in every game, fortnite and overwatch (for example) do the same, stop crying for stupidest things lol

Yes and devs definitely should have seen this coming a mile away. This feature should have never been included in the first place, it's not that I don't wish for it, it's that it's useless.
For starters you cannot rewind or go forward at all, and on top of that they don't even allow you to download the videos, it's a useless feature and it was obvious they were only storing the inputs...
Yeah it's pretty bad, I knew it was bad already but I didn't know it was completely useless.

Dawg no overwatch never had that stop playing. You can still look at replays from when the game was more broken and compare

That happens in every fighting game. The replays are stored as inputs, not as videos
