There's some solid evidence that 182 isn't event the final roster. The reason why people aren't talking about it much is because they don't want Bandai dropping the hammer on them.

You really should at least google her name first before you said anything. Android 21 and Zangya are a completely different character.

I would love Android 21 to be in the game too! Even though I don't believe she's canon however she's one of the first villains in DBZ who are female and actually are dangerous. (No offence 18) lol

The only reason she's dangerous is because every one is suppressed and has Majin Buu powers. That's about it
