Pre-order character bonus on PS5

The bundle says for a pre-order (standard edition) you've got 6 early unlock characters.

So, my question is if I don't want to pre-order, do I have access to these characters later in the game or it's characters just available with the pre-order ?

Those six are included with the pre-order regardless of "edition."

• The "deluxe edition" includes the next 20 AFTER those six.
  
• The "ultimate edition" includes all of that and a few trinket-level items that won't affect gameplay but may allow you to cheat one small step ahead of everyone who's NOT paying $20 extra.
  
• If history is any indicator, you'll likely have to pay extra to play the first six later. They are a pre-order bonus, and Bamco LOOOOOOVES charging extra for those FOMO addicts.

I was ready to get bankrupt (black myth wukong and space marine 2 made me poor this month ) so if I can get the characters later, even if I pay, it's ok for me.

I've been enjoying Black Myth: Wukong, myself. It's like the ball of game development that got dropped in 2016 or so finally had someone pick it back up and carry on from where we left it.
