i believe the selling point on preorder was getting a skin for goku in the ultimate vs deluxe, im assuming its the same.
the wish is pretty much useless. imo
if your doing singleplayer only, wait for it to go on sale.
I do plan on playing online, but I'd also like to know what the ultimate addition version is offering.
If you want the DLC, go with Deluxe.
If you just want to play the game and go from there, buy base.
I don't doubt it, But also what about my question?
one extra set of the Super Dragon Balls.
Goku (Super) Costume with Power Pole [Has an exclusive rush attack in Base Form but can be put on every variation of non UI, DBS goku.]
2 player card backgrounds. [Hercule's belt. and Shenron]
an Emote Voice Set [dunno what the voicelines are]
And a capsule, but it's clearly not that good considering I've literally never used it before, and i actually use capsules.
To my knowledge you don't get the set of Super Dragon Balls by buying the Ultimate Edition, you get the set of Super Dragon Balls by pre ordering the Ultimate Edition. If you check the store page then you will see:
ABOUT THIS CONTENT
The DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Ultimate Upgrade Pack includes the following items:
• Goku (Super) Costume with Power Pole
• Emote Voice Set
• 2 player card backgrounds
• 1 customization item that increases a character's fighting ability
*The Goku (Super) Costume with Power Pole is a special costume that can be only attached to Goku (Super) and will change a skill to Power Pole Dance when the costume is attached.
See? No mention of the Super Dragon Balls, but correct me if I'm wrong.
The main store page says you get the Super Dragon Balls with Ultimate Edition, however the Ultimate Upgrade lacks this tid bit, meaning you do not get the Super Dragon Balls by buying deluxe and then later upgrading to ultimate.
• DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO
• Season Pass - 3 Packs including Dragon Ball SUPER: SUPER HERO and Dragon Ball DAIMA content
• Season Pass Bonus - Summon Shenron and 3 Days Early Access to 3 DLC Packs
• Ultimate Upgrade Pack
• Ultimate Edition Bonus - Summon Super Shenron

Very odd decision on their part.
Interesting how it's not cheaper to upgrade cause you get less stuff in the Ultimate Edition now.
I don't think a lot of thought went into this other than "how can we get as much money as possible?"
