Opponent starts with full ki bar

I was playing dp battle the other day and had some matches with teams of up to 4 or 3 characters all of them with full ki bars at the start of the match. (i was playing with assist items off)
is this like a feature some characters have? i have never started a match with full ki bars.

Seen the same thing with characters that I know for a fact don't have full ki on switching, anyone has the reason?

no good anti cheat in this game so i guess ppl already found scripts / hacks for this to happen.

this happens in every fighting game when ppl wanna win widhout investing time.

feels like Tekken 8 all over again.

From what I know, the only character that starts the match with FULL KI is majin vegeta. Though in DP I've noticed Teen Gohan [base] and Dr Wheelo usually have full KI When swapped in [Both for me and my enemy]

You have reflect items on and they're equipping the capsules which grant full ki at the start of the match.
