The game plays in slow motion...?

Apart from the horrible performance I get, the game seems to run very slowly. Why is that?

my guess is if its online matches the ping is the issue if in story mode maybe performance issue
I had one case as yours while playing online but it fixed itself during the match

Just disable Motion Blur and background Blur that ♥♥♥♥ is always making problems

The game speed is tied to framerate for some reason, if you don't have 60 fps then it will just slow down.
Either your specs are just not good enough and you have to deal with it or try to find a mod that fixes this logic, I think someone else already linked it,
Don't know if it will get you in trouble if you play online, but for offline you should be good

So cap ur fps to 60, turn settings down, make sure hdr is off

HDR has no impact on fps lol

Did you try increasing ur framerate through the config files in the past? If the game runs at 144fps it runs really slow for me. I had to reset it back to 60fps to fix it

If ur gampeplay seems to be like slowmotion just reset the graphics settings to default, before i did this online was fine but playing against a friend was super slow, after i reset the graphics to default and keep them like that it was fixed
