CUSTOM BATTLE | Multiple Character on team but if one defeated consider Lose
As the topic suggests, is there a way to make the player lose if any character they are currently controlling is defeated? Right now, if the forced-swapped character is present and gets defeated, it swaps back to the previous character. I want the swapped character to act as a new form of the previous character (for example, Goku (Early) -> Goku (Super)). Currently, if Goku (Super) is defeated, it swaps back to Goku (Early), which breaks immersion for the player. Any ideas to prevent this? I'm currently new to the Custom Battle Creation.

Yes, you can do two things:
Make the first character's health drop to zero when switching to the second
Force him to lose the fight if an ally or some specific characters die

Actually yes, I know I'm late, but here is the work around I found

What you could do in when you are in the effects tab, hit your right bumper or R1 to get to the special wins or lose. Choose special lose and select either one of the defeat options.

Here's an example because it is a little confusing trying to explain it. This is for when you have multiple characters.

First effect: HP Remaining (Instant ((I personally like instant))) Choose the Desired Character (the cpu character and if you have multiple, choose which one you want to fall below the threshold), Percentage, and the Desired Times the Action is Activated (I keep it at one personally)
Variables
Recover HP 100 percent (you do not need to have this)
Force Character Switch (if any applicable, in this case, this would apply to you)

Second effect: HP Remaining (Instant) 1 Percent (Select Allies)
Variables
Ultimate Blast Hit, Blast Hit, or Defeat; Select the desired CPU or Opponents (If Using the Ultimate or Blast, make sure percentage is 100 or above).

Now, press R1 or the right bumper and select special loss. Match what you selected as the second effect (for example, if you chose Ultimate, choose ultimate and so on) After choosing one, select opponents and then allies. This will make it to where when you fall below 1 percent, you will fail the mission. This is pretty much the only thing I could do as a work-around

Hopefully this helps you out a little bit. I know I'm late, and if you found out already, then maybe this could help some other people out.

There is an easy option for multiple enemies defeating any one of your characters.
