This might just be me but..
I really wish we could make some of the characters with transformations NOT transform during normal Player vs AI battles :(

Sometimes i just want to fight for example super Goku or Vegeta in their base forms or Cell without them transforming all the time.

Oh, didn't know there is a such an item. I have not played SUPER much yet, but how do i get Super Shenron Dragon balls?

In the rewards option in the main menu, after doing some missions. Just play story mode and you'll get a lot of missions.
