I personally think no ki blasts is cool, having heavy finish on the ki blast button is a thing from BT3 im happy to see return for non ki users (and gives me more hope that OG DB DLC will be a thing)

what are you supposed to do when someone just dragon dashes away and gets a free sparking because you cant follow them due to your ki charging 10x slower than everyone else

some characters are just not as good as others (although to be fair I feel like they really went WAY too hard on that compared to BT3 where everyone felt fun, here it's just...a bit too much, 30k damage ultimates vs 13k damage ultimates)
