Is it me or is Combat hard AF?

I haven't played since Tenkaichi 3, but man... This game is fun as hell but hot damn am I terrible at it lmao. I can't be the only one who finds it difficult right?

Man I hope so... gonna run the tutorial. I played the Story and got my ass handed to me by Vegeta in Goku's story lmao. Then went online and it was the most fun and ackward fight I have ever experienced. Two fools trying to learn the mechanics xD

for me it was more difficult only on the first day, having the same controls as the bt3 made it a lot easier

Its tough out here... glad i am not the only one struggling. I thought I was just getting old. I remember being really good at Tenkaichi 3 or maybe i just imagined that I was good at it

I have been playing for 3 days, now I know the mechanics but the CPU knows what you do, online it is not too difficult because it is not a machine that plays, but the CPU sucks because it knows what you do and it always does the same thing when you do a specific attack, make a combo vs CPU is xD

I had the same experience but I've been playing the Tenkaichi 4 mod this whole time.
I think this game is just different and Classic controls are a little hard with the new mechanics. You'll get there though, I managed all the story mode and extra missions after going through the tutorials. The most important thing is to really get used to the new mechanics as you have to keep track of a lot of things with good reactions.

It's way too damn fast compared to BT3 imo when it comes to combos ((doesn't help that the story mode AI cheats and now that I'm playing against other people and normal AI I am completely overcompensating with random movements lmao)

I honestly had a huge bug just now where all my super moves where "Y" on the controller... could not do any of them lmao.

That happens when you use classic controls and fight against someone (on their map) that uses standard controls. Was hoping for the Day 1 patch to come out and fix that because it's annoying you can only use 1 of the super attacks and I had to change my controls otherwise I wouldn't be able to switch characters. Plus you need to hold the analog sticks to switch or transform instead of just having to press them.
