Audio sounds laggy/fuzzy

Anyone else having an issue with the games audio sounding laggy/fuzzy? I'm using blue-tooth headphones but I plugged them in and still the same problem. Tried turning my graphics to low (the game was also laggy) and that didn't fix it, I turned off vsync and that didn't help. If anyone else has this issue and has fixed it please let me know. I should also mention I am running my audio through voicemeeter so I will try to not use that and see if it fixes it.

To anyone having this issue. I found the solution, Voicemeeter Banana was causing issues with the audio so if you encounter this issue stop using voicemeeter.
