Can Tenshinhan ultimate be spam like in dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 as i remmenber it was possible as far as he had tons of hp with capsule as his hp drop down with each ultimate blast and as far as his energy ki was max ou high. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIy9UK0B-sQ in this video hp and ki bar didnt drop down because he was in training.
