if it doesnt disconnect instantly after the intro animations, we are talking 2 seperate issues unfortunatly. I couldnt play a single second before doing this. Now i dont have any issues.
The only mainthings that should be looked at in general before playing is
- dont play on WiFi
- put VSync on (the fps have to be 60)
- reset your network settings
- run the game as admin
- maybe try running in dx11 by putting "-dx11" without the " into the starting options of the game on steam.
- try using googleDNS server on your ipv4 properties. (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
These are some of the things i tried that werent changing anything for me, but might still have been necessary to to something.
Steamdecks have seperate issue from this. Also see if the anticheat messes you up.
PS: This amount of troubleshooting should not be necessary for a 80 dollar basegame, that lacks polish in everything but main gameplay.
Nothing extern to my knowledge. I just put this in like that. Usually you put in these numbers in 4 Spaces, so 2 for source to end for intern and source to end for extern. I am a layman in IT and I just know a few things about this, because back in the day there were lots of NAT-Type issues with gaming (Black ops 2 flashback!!)
Yeah I understand, since I'm struggling a lot with trying to forward these ports with my router I think I should stop and just wait. I really appreciate your help bro and thanks for sharing this
as long as its daytime, issues like these are easily resolved by just calling your provider. They usually help fast with that.
i think its mainly about internal or both. its your port your forwarding to be reached not to reach i guess. does it work for you? thats all that matters
Someone help me through skype
