I Bought the ultimate edition upgrade pack and didn't get super shenron dragon balls?

I don't know if you get them or if it is just another spin on him because I heard of people having this issue. Others say to turn steam offline or reset Steam which I did both and didn't work??? please someone answer my question (one of my fav characters are fused zamasu please bro)

breh you go to come forth section and just summon him, no dragon balls required for the 1st summon with ultied

if you got the UPGRADE pack you don't get super shenron, says so right on the page, super shenron is only included in the actual edition itself, the upgrade grants you the outfit, the item, and some other stuff i don't remember, but not super shenron

your not missing anything the bonus for super shenron just gives u 1 summon of him for free then ugotta collect them your self so ur not missing anything

This is a clear bait and switch. The art for the upgrade pack shows super shenrin distinctly below the player card gold belt. Yes, you can read the description, but the art is quite deceiving.
