Communication error

Dose anyone know any troubleshooting solutions that could help me get online? I'm trying a lot of different things

I just tested with 5G instead of a wired connection and got the same error! Which leads me to believe that Bandai is identifying some software on our machine and is ending the game!

My wifi is based on AT&T 5G. I also cannot play against anyone including friends. Instant communication error after introductions end no matter the connection quality settings.

could it be a recording software? maybe obs or something like that getting flagged?
edit: i tried closing everything but still didn't work.

I don't have any of that and I am getting the same error, only common theme is the 5G it seems.

Ah, so you have broadband or fiber?

My connection is fiber, but to test I unplugged the ethernet cable and used mobile data to test and had the same error. I would really like to know the IP of the server used in the game so I can ping the server.

Man supposedly there was gonna be an update today an nothing came up, still having same issue cant play anything online i always get to the characters talking and then i get the error message, this sucks, has anyone found a fix yet?

I don't know if this is the case for everyone else, but if you're on intel's 12th-14th gen set your bios to optimized defaults and redownload the game. this fixed the issue for me and can confirm that the issue is hardware specific.

I'm having the issue and I'm on AM4. My computer cant play online but my wife's computer can.

You and everyone else my guy, it's not just pc it's all consoles as well, we are just the unlucky few. I'll just play out thr off-line stuff and unlock everything until there is a fix.
