At the end of the Sparking! Zero trailers it is possible to count 164 character squares but ithis is taking into account the transformations.
The number of characters is still unknown if we remove the transformations but it may be 90 or even less.
First three confirmed DLCs already give 20+ more, and there will be more to come.
My bet is 200+ in less than 2 years.
Also every transformation is counted as separate char cuz this isn't xenotrash.
In XV transformations are just reskin+stat buff, here it's different:
-reskin + stat buffs (just like in XV)+
-pre combat animations (you can start already transformed) and various interactions (depending also on your opponent)
-different base moveset
-different special moves (like teleport or solar flare)
-different special attacks (like kamehameha or kamehameha x 20)
-different ultimate attacks (like large spirit bomb or angry kamehameha)
Wow, thanks bro. Looks like this is the real Budokai Tenkaichi 3 successor!
That's insane!
Yeah 90...which is why I wish they did all in one characters & not varations like Begining, Mid, Late & now...Z & Super...
Minus the forms if Frieza, Cell & Scouter & Majin Vegeta...that would be at least 25-30 slots wasted because of that...wish Spike went into deeper customizations & let you "add" the SSJ Goku hair from Namek & equip different supers from RB series instead of just making them both separate.
