OK so I counted how many slots left in the roster after the cell saga trailer and we have exactly 34 slots left. We basically have all of the buu arc just missing evil buu, super buu, super buu gotenks/piccolo/Gohan absorbed kid buu, and mystic gohan. And knowing how tenkaichi games are we will also add Babidi, Supreme kai (even tho he did NOTHING), Yakkon and Pui Pui. That takes up 11 leaving 23 left. Let's go to the og dB side, this'll take a lot

For Dragonball I can probably see Giran, Bandages, Devilman, Pilaf Machine (maybe?), Major Metallitron (another maybe?).

Movies would be for my guess Hirudegarn (skull form and bug form), Hatchiyack (choice of base, giant or super form), Cooler’s Armoured Squadron, Doctor Wheelo’s goons (very small maybe cos they didn’t put up much of a fight in the movie), Kogu from Bojack’s crew looked like he would have had some interesting moves if Trunks didn’t wipe the floor with him

GT would be base to SS3 then Golden Great Ape and SS4 Goku, SS1-4 and Golden Great Ape Vegeta and SS4 Gogeta, General Rilldo, Nuova Shenron, Syn/Omega Shenron, Luud, Ledgic
