Fix your damn game. Why is the penalty timer resetting after YOUR SERVERS lose connection on me?

If you are giving people a "matchmaking penalty" and counting random disconnects against players, the absolute least you could do is ensure the penalty timer is working properly. I have attempted 20 times to play out the timer and it just says "Connection to Network Lost" after 2-8 minutes. This is actually a joke. I am effectively locked out of multiplayer gaming despite waiting for this damn timer to tick down 20+ times.

Lmao this game is actually a joke. After 25 attempts, I got down to 30 seconds and then it said "opponent found". It was an SSJ4 Goku who literally spammed the same Super 10 times in a row, just trolling/being human trash. Best part? Next match.. "10 minute penalty timer". F U devs and your ♥♥♥♥ system.

Just waited another 10 minutes.. got into a game.,.. the opponent disconnected (Opponent has left) during the intro... now back to another 10 minute "penalty" timer. Seriously ♥♥♥♥ you whoever designed this broken penalty system. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.

Literally spent over 3 hours of time waiting for this timer to run down, it's now reached 0 twice only for it to reset upon the next match/wait. Actually unbelievable. I want a refund.

Just waited 50 minutes to manage to play 5 games.. STILL got the same 10 minute penalty between every match. What the actual ♥♥♥♥ is this system

I've sat with the game running for like 3 hours, it started with 10 minute penalty and "connection to network lost" so I thought maybe it wasn't registering. Now I've played 5 games in a row (with 10 minute penalty between each game except for the rematches) and it's STILL giving me the 10 minute penalty timer. I've ragequit like 5 times since October and completed played over 1000 matches. The timer just seems to reset upon every single match. I barely have time to game and I've just had all the time today wasted due to this extremely well thought out 'feature'

I’ve sat here waiting a 10 minutes found a match played that match just to go back and see another 10 minute penalty after waiting 40 minutes and all that

Yep. As soon as I got my "penalty" I just quit playing ranked all together. I was already Z anyways. I dealt with COUNTLESS "communication errors" and rage quits, and spam to get there, and I'm a day one player being punished. It's like they don't want anyone playing their game. I don't get it.
