Dunno why one would reset their game, but well:

Under options there is a tab "Accessibility". You will find a "New Game" button at the end of the page which deletes all saved data. I am not sure if it also resets the data from ranked battles and the ranks, but thats probably the thing you were looking for.

theres a few titles only accessible by super shenron wishes. other then that i see no reason
