can't find any games on ranking matches plus quick match doesn't work

i thought the game was dead but this is ridiculous, i don't think it's that dead i think it's a bug where some players simply can't find matches
plus quick match creates a room instead of making you join one already existing everytime
any known solutions to this? i've seen some people saying you should update your bios and others saying you should downgrade windows 11 to 23h2 but i think those are too ridiculous and extreme of a solutions

as of writing this steamdb shows ~2700 online. Is everyone just playing ai or wth lmao

the definite proof of that is that even if you lower the matchmaking connection standards the queue will still take forever
mine has gotten to a point where it wont even find games at all anymore

i suddenly experienced a bug where everytime i try to play ranked it says ive been penalized and i have to wait 10 minutes to play an opponent. im not a cheater or quitter, ive had some connection issues in the past.

Instead of the connection filter, try removing the rank and language filters if you haven't already.

I guess they intended for voice chat to be in but scraped it? Or maybe it's something meant for room searches since those have text chat and they didn't realize it was in global search? That's all I can guess.

its 8:54 am on a friday morning i get games instantly. there are things you can do in the game that will put you in a bad sports player selection or something. they have not stated this anywhere but just using common sense and comparing everyones experiences it seems like this is the case. dont leave a match dont afk a match
