Issues with dlc

I recently purchased the ultimate edition of this game and it said I would be getting many characters without having to unlock them such as Goku black and zamasu, so I logged on and it said this once again with a list of about 20-30 characters, and I entered a match to see I only had one of them, zamasu.
Please help.

Nowhere in the store page does it say that. The only characters you get early were Broly Super, Goku Daima and Gogeta. That that was the pre-order bonus. And you can unlock them pretty easy anyway (except Goku Daima).

The other bonus you get is the Super Dragon Balls, which you can use to unlock any character you like, or money to buy them.

On the page when I first started the game it said “as a bonus you unlocked these characters; Goku black, zamasu, fused zamasu, ultimate gohan,”and more

Ultimate Gohan is never locked. He's part of the regular roster. You're probably thinking Future Gohan, who is unlocked at level 10.

When you reach level 20, Goku Black and fused Zamasu are unlocked for purchase in the store. You have to buy them with Zeni, or you can wish them.

The only early unlocks as mentioned before were the pre-order bonuses. Broly, Gogeta and Goku Daima

Season pass will automatically add DLC packs to your game as they get released. Pack 1 and 2 will be released sometime early this year. Pack 3 will be released mid 2025.

Also, take note that most characters that you unlock, you still have to buy them with Zeni in the game. They are not added to your character selection screen. If you don't have money to buy them, just play tournament, story mode or custom battles. It will grant you money and also dragon balls, which you can use to wish for characters (for free) and more Zeni to buy characters from the store.

Also, make sure to go to to the "Zeno's Orders" in the menu and claim your rewards. Those rewards are not added if you don't claim them.
