Why is jiren full power a transformation ?

Cause Jiren is the worst character in dragon ball history. Dude just gets buffer I wouldn’t count that as a transformation.
Zamasu’s form makes sense he transforms into a hideous half mortal half immortal abomination. The only problem is it’s not a conscious transformation he can do at will like the game makes it out to be.

The manga version of that entire zamasu arc is about a thousand times better, and ditches the stupid half mutant design entirely.

I was going to argue, but then I remembered that the Manga made Cabba slightly more muscular then in the Anime, so I decided I agree now :P
