my mate just bought game but wont let him play online

so my mates just bought the game to play with me but every-time we start a match it plays intros then says connection error occurred Code: 2e795ec5 and hers flushed dns and changed it to 8.8.8.8/ 8.8.4.4 and still not working he doesn't need to go back an update on windows as hes on win10 not 11 its really infuriating as ive been waiting for him to get it so we can battle for sometime any help on a fix would be appreciated

Sadly it's a bug for everyone, theres no real reason for it could be the quality of their net or something else im not informed on this issue more than its an issue that effects everyone.
