DLC 2 BETTER BE EXCEPTIONAL OR IT IS OVER

With them announcing that DLC 2 would be available only in April now but putting on the store page April-June leads me to believe DLC 2 was about to be the same crap that DLC 1 was and if it was it was game over for Sparking Zero. They seemed to have noticed that and delayed the release even further to try and save this game with a proper content release.

I cant help but feel that the game was released 25% complete which is horrendous and despicable, and they didn't give a ♥♥♥♥ for quite some time. I feel like I got lied to and robbed with the amount of content that was actually in this game on release and even with the DLC! I changed my review to negative and also would advise for people to the same, because this game definitly does NOT deserve to be even in the mostly positive.

We were all bamboozled with the nice visuals, but everything else was barren and empty and broken, and IT STILL IS.

This game is basically dead to me, unless they pull all the cards for DLC 2. I have NO expectations of that and I am preparing for the worse.

I'm afraid to tell you there's rumors about a switch 2 version and if true, you can brt the delay is because of that.

Yeah. From the looks of it, somehow they're trying to split Daima characters across the 2 remaining DLCs, which is truly disappointing. I think I can speak for most people when I say that I'd prefer they just get whatever chibi Daima slop they have out of the way in a single DLC, so that we could get something with any semblance of variety.

Even as an avid supporter of this game, the DLC was a huge disappointment and I feel like the next DLC pack won't do anything special. Hopefully it will have a great amount of content that's polished, but it's not unreasonable to doubt the idea that it would feature something more than that -- even new stages is unlikely, especially with how they've been running the DBZ: Kakarot DLC dry with a bunch of fairly basic story-expansions that don't do much to introduce anything outside of more of the same.
Long story short, I'm sure that DLC 2 will be better than DLC 1, and even though they're dividing Daima in two for some reason, I'm sure it will have a lot of interesting moves and great callbacks to the show. When it comes to special modes, new stages, or just anything outside of new characters and maybe a couple extra costumes, though, I'd keep my hopes low.

If only Bandai Namco had any understanding of what players actually want. Stuff like BT3's OG-DB, anime-filler, and GT content was infinitely better than whatever putrid Daima sludge we're getting now.
